• The doors sheets are made of 12-guage steel with 1/2" solid forged wrought iron for the design work
• Doors are fully-insulated with polyurethane foam injected into the door panels and window frames
• Door frames are squared and leveled before the door hinges are positioned and welded to ensure a smooth, silent operation of the door
• Each door includes a glass panel that opens independently from the door with glass stops to accommodate 1/4-inch to 5/8-inch thermal safety glass
• Our paint process is completed in a clean paint booth environment; After fabrication, the door is sand-blasted to prepare the surface to receive multiple protective and decorative coats that include a hot zinc spray, anti-corrosive primer, base color, hand-applied decorative finish and matte clear coat
